Delivery Information
Lovett & Co provides delivery to clients to selected Melbourne Metro areas only and incurs a delivery fee of $15.95. Orders for delivery must be placed by 11:00am AEDT Monday - Sunday. If you choose to have your order delivered, we require someone to be on premises upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy
If you no longer want the order you have placed with us, please ensure that you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Your order is processed quickly meaning we cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund, as production may have already begun on your order. Any order which is cancelled after 24 hours will receive a deduction on your refund (if applicable) of $20.00 for service fees.

Refund Policy
Refunds at Lovett & Co can only be processed during week days. This means, if you are to place an order on the weekend, you will not receive your full refund till the following Monday. Refunds are issued for orders which have been compromised only. This means, if the food in your order is spoiled or uneatable, Lovett & Co will offer a full refund for that order. We do not offer refunds for any workshops or cultural workshops that we provide at Lovett & Co. You (the client) will need to provide proof that your order was compromised, or we are unable to provide any refunds.

Lovett & Co provide Healthy Lifestyle workshops as well as Cultural workshops. The content of these workshops is completely owned by Lovett & Co. We create these workshops based off of our own knowledge and experience. Please refrain from copying or using our services without gaining permission from our Business Partners first.
